How do we choose?
Our decision to enter into a distribution agreement is
based on a number of
criteria. We analyse the answers you give to our many questions including:
1. Is your product unique?
2. Does your product already have presence in Europe or the US?
3. Is your product already established in your home market or is it a new
product not yet launched or certified?
4. Have you achieved patent rights for your product/ design/ logo/ company
name?
5. Have you already developed a Marketing programme-above or below the line,
ambient media or online within Europe or the US that is well recognised
within these territories?
6. Have you finalised packaging for your product that crosses boundaries and
therefore works in both the US and Europe?
7. Does your product require significant modification in order to reflect
and cultural differences in Europe and the US that your existing product in
your home market does not currently address?
8. How long has your company been established?
9. How long have you been manufacturing your product?
10. Are you an individual designer or a company?
11. Do you have a website already?
12. If you do have a website, how frequently do you sell via this channel or
are the majority of your sales still based on off line sales (via traditional
high street retail outlets)?
13. What is the average lifecycle of your product?
14. How frequently do you update your product line?
15. Is your product range hand made or mass manufactured?

VIA THE LATESTSALE.COM DISTRIBUTION NETWORK?
This is dependent on how developed your product or prototype
is and the
level of marketing, product management, product design support required to
adapt the product, carry out the necessary photography and packaging design
so that it reflects the European and US markets. Typically, timelines are
between 1-6 months depending on the above factors.
