Our jewellery consultation service is phone-based and is priced at £40 for a 30-minute session. During the session, customers may discuss their requirements, preferences and the trendsetting styles that will reflect the personality of the recipient through a 15-minute telephone call. We deliver by courier to the UK, USA, Canada, most countries in the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore. We charge separately for delivery on both domestic and overseas orders for security reasons as opposed to offering free worldwide delivery. For this reason, the Destino Jewellery fine jewellery line is competitively priced as we do not add any additional administrative costs into the price of each jewellery piece and delivery fee.

Our products are delivered within 2-5 working days when in stock. If any products that you have ordered are out of stock, we will notify you using the email address that you provided during registration. It normally takes us 10-14 working days to deliver out-of-stock products to our customers.

The Destino Jewellery premium jewellery line includes gemstone jewellery that has been especially selected from socially aware jewellery manufacturers. The Destino Jewellery fine jewellery line includes genuine rubies, emeralds, sapphires and black diamonds sold separately as earrings or as a jewellery set incorporating a pair of earrings and matching necklace.

The Destino Jewellery line uses precious metals including 14K white gold and 14k yellow gold for the most elaborate of designs and 18k yellow gold and 18k white gold for more refined designs.

Latest Sale uses quality designer jewellery packaging for all products to ensure customers receive their items safely and in the best condition possible. Packaging includes a high quality designer jewellery box and a complimentary, branded gift bag.

On the rare occasion a customer receives a defective item, we will provide a full refund or a replacement as long as it is returned to us within 7 working days of receipt in an unused condition with the original designer tags, packaging and dispatch note. After assessing the item, we will return your money to the debit, credit card or Pay Pal account used to make the purchase

Kindly note that we do not refund pierced earrings, which are sold individually or as part of a jewellery set due to hygiene concerns. Pierced earrings are delivered in sealed packaging and can be returned to us only if they develop faults.
