RECAP: AWS ExecLeaders 2025, the Business of Change with Phil Le-Brun

https://centexseniorcare.com/medicare-insurance/ As the http://palmspringshamfest.com/faq/ AWS ExecLeaders UK 2025 session came to a close we celebrate all speakers who participated in the summit including: Entrepreneur and Author Peter Hinssen, Miriam McLemore, AWS Enterprise Strategist, and the delightful Siegfried Schallenmueller, AWS Innovation Leader.

One of the LatestSale.com Founder’s favourite AWS speakers, Phil Le-Brun, AWS Enterprise Strategist, emphasized the importance of “Expressed Aspirations” and not just company mission statements during his “Being in the Business of Change: a guide to thriving in a world of continuous change” session. Leading the Breakout Track 1, “Elevate- Focus on Structure, Culture and Agility” seminar alongside Jana Werner, AWS Principal Business Development, Le-Brun also highlighted the following key enterprise milestones to achieve:

OWNERSHIP

Ownership is paramount with Le-Brun highlighting the concept of the “Shadow Leader”, a C-suite executive often surrounded by too many gatekeepers. This he declared could lead to poor hiring processes due to too little ownership of outcomes. Le-Brun further called for the creation of ranges that are not absolute so that customer criteria and decision making could be documented in full.

He further explained how curiosity always wins as does fully understanding customer wants and their data use criteria. Historically, during the 19th and 20th centuries control-featured goals were ubiquitous, with the defining factor being the need to drive efficiency, predict the future, deploy focus driven tasks whilst measuring individual strengths. The 21st century is, according to Le-Brun, defined by clarity, ownership, curiosity, responsive flow, and teams.
