AEO Talks Martha’s Vineyard 2025: Generational Wealth For Business 1/6

We continue our coverage of one year at the heart of the AEO, the leading voice of innovation for entrepreneurship and small business in the USA during the 35th year of this Washington D.C. organization’s celebration. We equally commemorate Latestsale.com’s first year as the 2025 AEO Social Impact Media Partner. On 13 August 2025, Latestsale.com Founder Michelle Ogbonna attended “AEO Talks: Advancing Economic Power – Building Generational Wealth Through Business Ownership” on the exclusive, historic island of Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, joining U.S. entrepreneurs, U.S policymakers, U.S investors, and thought leaders who all flew into the captivating island to discuss economic opportunity and wealth creation. We unveil our limited edition, six-part report.

The AEO (Association for Enterprise Opportunity) convenes at Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard

The invite-only convening, hosted by the Association for Enterprise Opportunity (AEO) in partnership with the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies took place in the heart of Edgartown, at the very classy Atria Restaurant. Held during U.S. Black History Month 2025, the function brought together voices from business, policy, and academia to explore economic equity and generational wealth-building. Conversations explored how business ownership can help close the racial wealth gap while building generational wealth and creating stronger communities in the USA. The impressive program from stellar speakers, Moderators, and contributors featured panel discussions on capital access, cultural ownership, community investment, and leadership development. Sessions such as Reimagining Retail, Leading Forward – The Rise of Black Men in Business, and Unlocking Opportunity – Capital, Contracts & Community Investment examined the barriers and practical solutions being developed across the public and private sectors.
