With a focus on length as opposed to height, Latest Sale focuses on architecture for the Business Directory and the Big Bend Skyscraper proposal by New York and Athens based boutique architecture firm Oiio Studio.
The 4,000-foot slender residential building addresses the strict New York City zoning regulations, whereby this extended building’s length should not affect zoning thanks to its unique U shape. The Big Bend Skyscraper by architect Ioannis Oikonomou has certainly gathered considerable interest as well as mixed reviews. Towering over Central Park, the U shaped skyscraper will no doubt add additional yet peculiar prominence to the already impressive New York skyline. The Big Bend Skyscraper is expected to be located on the so-called Billionaire’s Row in Manhattan, West 57th Street.
